I feel some songs are undeniable. Living on a Prayer is just a bottom to top great song and a smash, so it would be an obvious choice for a best of. However, I see most people are doing basically just their favorites instead of trying to build a coherent best of, so I will follow suit.

I really like this one too. It makes you realise (or me anyway) that there is much more to the albums (and especially the later ones) than people think. Seeing one song pulled out of each album to make a new sequence that's not an existing album, greatest hits or setlist makes me want to go back and listen alot more, and that's unusual for me, rather than sticking with live or re-released stuff.
